Terms of Service
By purchasing or using NuxtBase, you agree to the following terms. NuxtBase is operated by Austin as a personal brand. Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. License Scope
Each NuxtBase license grants you access to the product source code, future updates, and documentation. You may use the source code in unlimited commercial projects within the scope of your license tier. The Solo license is valid for one developer. The Team license covers up to five developer seats.
2. No Resale or Redistribution
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the NuxtBase source code with any third party. The license is for your own use or your team's use only. Sharing access to the private repository with unauthorized users is a violation of these terms.
3. Solo vs Team Restrictions
The Solo license is strictly for individual use and cannot be shared with or used by a team. If multiple developers need access, you must purchase the Team license. Using a Solo license in a team setting is a violation of these terms.
4. Updates and Delivery
Both licenses include lifetime updates. After purchase through Polar, you will receive an email with an invitation to the private repository. Updates are delivered through the repository. We reserve the right to modify the update delivery method with reasonable notice.
5. Support Boundary
Support is limited to documentation, the Discord community, and email at support@nuxtbase.com for access or delivery issues. We do not provide 1:1 setup help, custom development, or guaranteed response times. Support scope may change over time.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
NuxtBase is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NuxtBase or its operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
